Description

Yarrow is native to the Northern Hemisphere and is common and widespread in many locations. Easy to grow and adaptable to many conditions and soil types makes yarrow a frequent addition to gardens and habitat restoration projects. Known as a medicinal plant throughout its range, yarrow has long been used in plant-based medicine. Flowering in the late spring to early summer, yarrow will attract many pollinators, including butterflies, bees and beetles. Yarrow will spread vigorously from rhizome if planted in an irrigated area. To reduce spread plant in a dry location.
