Description
Growing 3′-6′ tall with large, cream-colored plumes of flowers, goat’s beard is an easy-going plant if it has access to moist conditions and part to full shade. Great for planting along streams or ponds, but also adaptable to irrigated garden conditions. Spreads slowly by rhizome to form showy, perennial patches.
Seed Germination Instructions
30-60 days cold-moist stratification. Sow outside in fall to late winter. Plant on soil surface or lightly cover. Seed needs light to germinate.
